Very basic service
Location was not too bad.
Terrible staff, they were not at the place. They forgot to charge us Ecuadorian Taxes and we had to go back, they didn't give us our invoice. Not wifi at the rooms. The breakfast was not very good, very simple and few options.

The pool was nice, and the location is good.
The pool was nice, and the location is good.
Staff were not very friendly or attentive - no information about the area, or things to do. Nothing about the hotel food, we only found out they had a restaurant when someone came out and asked it we'd ordered lunch! Taxi arranged by the hotel was very expensive compared to the one we got on the way - they added tax at the end without telling us.
